Hermione's Project

After a month of gestation, preparation, data collection and then translation, the website dedicated to the "Hermione's Project" is finally avaible. Hermione's Project is a website which struggles against English Cocker Spaniel's Familar Nephropaty (FN), an hereditary disease, for which there aren't cures, and the dog is prematurely lead to the dead, at young age.  

This website takes care of spreading all the information which can be useful to defend ourselves and ours beloved Cocker from this terrible disease, handling informations which go over the symptomatology to the therapy, the tests for the identification of the mutant gene, and hosts a database for the publication of carrier, clear and affected dogs.

"Hermione's Project" is dedicated to my beloved Hermione, affected of this terrible disease, confirmed genetically. Thanks to its case, many breeders started now to test their dogs, and in the next few years to come, we hope to have a clearer situation of the dogs living in Italy, in order to program the mating and thanks to this we hope that no dog could die by FN anymore.
